this has to be my most accomplished year for visual art. i had dropped out of art school and for the first time ever i had felt liberated to explore my artistic voice without having to be scared of whether or not my style would be financially sustainable. i worked in childcare around this time, and children's art had a very tangible and important impact on my artistic ideology. this caused my art to be very multimedia, freeform, and expressive, ideals that culminated towards the end of the year as i decided to work on what i consider to be my visual art masterpiece, the moon ray highway restoration quest of heir fishbaby. this was a very very very important year for me, it was very formative for all my art going forward.
