T U N E S

music was a primary passion for me during my young adult years. i had a band in highschool named Giygas and did entirely solo stuff from thereon out. i was a diy house show rat during my formative adolescent years and i really value the impression that left on me and my art! even if i was insanely miserable haha.

i publish music under a few different monacres with varying meanings to each. here's a breakdown guide to what to expect :

• Time Pop - this was my pseudonym for years, from 2016 onward. i've released a couple albums under this name, typically pretty grim, noisy, and moody. my most significant release under this name, timepoptimepoptimepoptimepop, was released in 2020 but revoked from being publicly accessible due to it being embarassing and gross and a reflection of myself during a time in my life that i'm not proud of. currently in the works is that album's successor, love, which is a direct response to the bitterness and misanthropy that made the album before it such a mess.
• Doveland - the creation of "doveland" was my initial reactive answer to the dissatisfaction i felt with the anger and venom of timepoptimepoptimepoptimepop. the music is a bit brighter and the tone is far more whimsical even if the subject matters remain very confessional. lemonade mouth 2 is my greatest musical achievement i think and is very expansive in it's arrangements and tones, 4 songs sees me achieving the same tones and themes but with a far more stripped back and lo-fi approach. i'm very happy with doveland and feel as if it's a completed project.
• bentl - uncategorized other projects. soundtracks, mashups, etc.
• I Witness Skeletons - my improvy jam band thing with some buds. a lot of fun and a lot of good memories!

a psychedelic, shoegazey concept album that is a sequel to lemonade mouth (the movie not the book). this was a very important self reflective piece of music for me to make and i still think it's really really good! the scope and textures and instrumentation present here are pretty detailed and it's an album that i love getting sucked into. i hope you feel the same way!
